About Frags For Less
What is Frags For Less?
Frags For Less is a B2B wholesale fragrance platform based in Dubai. We supply authentic designer, niche, and rare fragrances to vetted retailers, distributors, and resellers in over 100 countries.
Who is the platform for?
Established and growing fragrance retailers, online sellers, distributors, beauty shops, gift stores, and resellers who buy fragrance in bulk. It is strictly B2B. We do not sell to individuals for personal use.
How long have you been in business?
Since 2016. The platform was built by people with years of hands-on experience buying and selling fragrance, designed to fix the slow Excel-and-WhatsApp workflow most wholesalers still use.
Where are you based?
Dubai, United Arab Emirates. All goods dispatch from our Dubai operation. Dubai sits at the centre of the global fragrance trade, which is why we operate from here.
Do you have a physical store?
No. We are a wholesale-only operation. The catalog, ordering, and account management all happen online through the portal, with your account manager available on WhatsApp.
Signing up
How do I get an account?
Apply on the Sign Up page. Share your contact details, business information, and a short intro about what you sell. Our team reviews every application and gets back to you, usually within one business day.
Is signing up free?
Yes. There is no fee to apply, no monthly subscription, and no commitment. You only pay when you buy.
Do I need a trade license or business registration?
Yes. We are B2B only, so we need to confirm you are a real business. A trade license, business registration, tax certificate, reseller permit, or equivalent document from your country is required during review.
What if my business is new?
New retailers are welcome. Show us your registration and a short note about your plans. We work with small startups and established multi-store operations alike.
How long does approval take?
Most applications are reviewed within one business day. If we need more information, we contact you on the email or WhatsApp number you provided.
What happens after I am approved?
You receive a secure email link to set your password. Once that is done, you can log in to the portal and start browsing the catalog.
Can you reject my application?
Yes. We review every application carefully. We may decline if the business is not a fit, if we cannot verify it, or if the request is for personal use. Decisions are final but you are welcome to reapply if your situation changes.
Can I see prices before I am approved?
No. Prices, stock levels, and catalog details are confidential and only visible inside the portal to approved retailers. This protects every account holder.
What is inside the portal
What can I do once I am logged in?
Browse the full live catalog with search, see new arrivals, view one-off Off-List Offers, send Item Requests for things we do not stock, build a cart, submit orders, pay, and track shipments. Everything is in one place.
How big is your catalog?
Over 20,000 SKUs across more than 300 brands. The mix covers designer, niche, Arabic, and rare fragrances. Stock is refreshed continuously as new supplier lists come in.
Which brands do you carry?
Most major designer houses and niche names: Creed, Xerjoff, Tom Ford, Parfums de Marly, Lattafa, Armaf, Maison Francis Kurkdjian, and many more. We add brands buyers actually ask for and skip the bloat.
Do you show real stock levels?
Yes. The quantity shown next to each item is the live count in our Stock Lots. No guessing, no inflated numbers.
Is there a minimum order per item?
No. You can buy one bottle or hundreds. There is no minimum quantity per item.
Are there product images on the catalog?
No. We trade thousands of SKUs and most fragrance bottles look identical. Name and quantity is faster to scan and quote. The one exception is Off-List Offers, which always include images because each one is a unique deal.
Pricing and currency
Are your prices truly wholesale?
Yes. Every price you see in the portal is your wholesale price as a vetted retailer. No retail markup, no hidden fees on the line item.
How competitive are your prices?
We aim to beat or match what serious wholesale buyers can find elsewhere. If we cannot beat your current price on a SKU, we tell you. No bait, no inflated MSRP comparisons.
Which currency are prices in?
AED (UAE Dirham) is the source of truth and the currency on every invoice. You can view prices in USD, EUR, or GBP using a simple toggle. The other currencies are for reference only. The final invoice is always in AED.
How do you set prices?
Prices follow source cost and currency rates. When a supplier list is updated, prices are re-calculated. The price you see in the cart is the price we hold you to at confirmation.
Will my price drop if I buy more?
Volume buyers naturally land on better pricing as relationships grow. If you are planning a large order, tell your account manager and they can quote it specifically.
Are there any membership or platform fees?
No. Using the platform is free. You only pay for the goods you buy and the shipping you choose.
Ordering and payment
How do I place an order?
Add items to your cart from the catalog, then submit the cart when you are ready. Your account manager confirms live stock and final price, then sends a payment link. You only pay for what is confirmed.
How do I pay?
Bank transfer (TT) in AED to our UAE account, or by card through the payment link. Card payments carry a small processing surcharge where the card network permits.
Do you accept crypto?
Not at this time. Bank transfer and card are the supported payment methods.
Do you offer credit terms?
New accounts pay in advance. After a track record of clean orders, credit terms can be discussed case by case with your account manager.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Card payments are processed by regulated payment providers. Bank transfers go to our UAE business account. We never store card details on the platform.
Do you issue proper invoices?
Yes. Every order gets a UAE tax invoice with our TRN. Exports outside the UAE are zero-rated for VAT. UAE-delivered orders include 5% VAT.
Can I cancel an order after paying?
No. Once you pay, items are reserved in your name and removed from stock. Plan the order before you pay.
Shipping worldwide
Do you ship to my country?
We ship to over 100 countries via FedEx, DHL, and Aramex. A few destinations are restricted by carrier rules for fragrance shipments. If you are unsure, contact us before applying and we will confirm.
How does shipping work?
Once your order reaches the shipping threshold, you choose your carrier (FedEx, DHL, Aramex) or send your own forwarder to collect from Dubai. Shipping is invoiced separately from goods.
Is there a minimum order value for shipping?
Yes. The default threshold is 5,000 AED (around 1,360 USD) per shipment. First-time buyers can request a lower threshold from their account manager.
How fast do you ship?
Most paid orders move to ready-to-ship within 1 to 3 business days. Dispatch then depends on the carrier you choose and when the shipping invoice is paid.
Who pays for shipping?
The buyer. We quote the shipping cost based on weight, destination, and carrier, then invoice it separately. You can also use your own freight account if you prefer.
What about import duties and taxes?
Goods ship from Dubai on an Ex Works (EXW) basis. Import duties, VAT, and customs clearance in your country are your responsibility as the importer of record. Your carrier or customs broker handles the paperwork.
Can you ship by sea?
Yes, on request. Air freight is the default because fragrances are higher-value items. For very large orders heading to destinations where air is uneconomical, we can hand the consignment to a Jebel Ali sea-freight forwarder.
Can I consolidate multiple orders into one shipment?
Yes. Just tell your account manager. Multiple paid orders can be packed into a single box to save on freight.
Is the shipment insured?
Each carrier includes a default declared-value cover. Full-value insurance can be added for a small premium. Tell us before dispatch if you want top-up cover.
Authenticity and product quality
Are all your fragrances 100% authentic?
Yes. Every fragrance is authentic and sourced from vetted distributor channels. We do not sell testers as new, decants, replicas, or refilled bottles. Authenticity is non-negotiable.
How can authentic fragrance be priced this low?
Every quarter, distributors must hit purchasing quotas with the brands they represent. At quarter-end they liquidate the stock they have not moved, selling it in bulk to wholesalers like us. The goods are genuine, current, and originally sealed. They are simply the inventory distributors need to clear before the next cycle begins. That recurring liquidation is what makes our pricing possible, not counterfeits and not old stock.
Are batch codes always visible?
Not always. On some items the batch code may be removed due to regional stock-selling restrictions from the brand.
Are these parallel imports?
Some lots come through parallel-import channels that are common in international wholesale. Goods remain authentic and original-sealed. If your country has strict authorised-dealer rules for resale, that is your responsibility to comply with locally.
Will the boxes be sealed and in retail condition?
Yes. Standard items ship in original sealed boxes. Any item sold as a tester, unboxed, or with damaged packaging is clearly labelled in the catalog before you buy.
What if an item arrives damaged or missing?
Tell your account manager on the day the shipment is delivered. Send clear photos of the outer box, inner packaging, and the affected items, plus an unboxing video if possible. We reship, credit, or refund at our discretion.
Can I return or exchange a product?
No. All sales are final once an order is paid. The only exception is a wrong, missing, or damaged shipment, handled as above.
Reselling and account use
Can I resell on Amazon, eBay, or other marketplaces?
Yes, subject to each marketplace’s rules and any brand authorisation requirements in your country. Selling on platforms that require authorised-dealer status without it is at your own risk.
Can I order for personal use?
No. Frags For Less is strictly B2B wholesale. Individual or personal-use orders are not accepted.
Can I share my login with my team?
One login per business is the default. If you need multiple seats for staff, message your account manager. Do not share passwords externally.
Can I share the catalog or prices with others?
No. The catalog, pricing, and stock data are confidential and for your internal use only. Copying, screenshotting, exporting, or publishing any part of it is grounds for account termination.
Communication and support
How do I contact you?
WhatsApp is the fastest way to reach us. The Contact page has the number. We are online during Dubai business hours and respond within a few hours otherwise.
Do I get a dedicated account manager?
Yes. Every approved retailer is paired with a real person who knows your account, your preferences, and your past orders. No call centres, no ticket queues.
What languages do you speak?
English and Arabic, with team members fluent in several other languages. Tell us your preference and we will match you to the right person.
What are your hours?
Our team works Dubai business hours (UTC+4), Monday to Saturday. WhatsApp messages outside hours are answered first thing the next working day.
Privacy and data
Is my business information safe?
Yes. We use modern auth with row-level security on every table, served over HTTPS. Sensitive documents like trade licenses live in private storage with short-lived signed links, accessible only to you and our team.
Will you share my contact details?
No. We do not sell, rent, or share customer data with third parties. See our privacy policy for the full details on what we store and why.
Will other retailers see my orders?
No. Your account, cart, and order history are visible only to you and the Frags For Less team.
