From signup to first shipment, step by step.

Apply
Go to the signup page and share your contact details and a short intro about your business.

Get approved
Our team reviews your application and activates the account, usually within one business day. You receive a secure email link to set your password and access the platform.

Browse the catalog
Four sections cover everything you can buy. All Products for the full catalog, organised by Stock Lot. New Arrivals for the latest stock and restocks. Off-List Offers for one-off items outside the regular catalog. Item Requests to ask us to source something we do not stock yet.

Add items to your cart
Add anything you like to the cart, no minimum quantity per item. Stock is not reserved while items sit in your cart, so popular items can run out before you pay. The sooner you commit, the safer.

Pick what to pay for
Inside the cart, choose the items you are ready to pay for and let us know. Your account manager confirms stock and price for those items, then sends a payment invoice link.

Pay and reserve
Pay by card or bank transfer. The paid items move from your cart into an order with a unique ID, locked in price and reserved in our Stock Lots. Anything still in the cart stays there for next time.

Build the order
Keep paying for more items and they join the same order. Once the order reaches 5,000 AED (or the same value in your currency), the shipping option unlocks.

Ship and track
Choose your cargo: FedEx, DHL, Aramex, or your own agent in Dubai. Pay the shipping invoice and we hand it over. Tracking updates live inside My Orders. After the order ships, the next paid item starts a brand new order.
