Frags For Less is a wholesale fragrance house based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This policy explains what information we collect from wholesale buyers and visitors, why we collect it, and how we keep it.

Information we collect

When you register a wholesale account or contact us, we collect:

• Contact name, business name, email address, and WhatsApp number.
• A short description of your business that you provide during sign up.
• Trade license, social or website links, and any documents you choose to upload to support your application.
• Order history, invoices, shipping addresses, and communication records once your account is active.
• Standard server logs from our hosting providers (IP address, browser type, request timestamps) for security and reliability.
• Anonymous usage data collected by a third-party analytics service: pages viewed, traffic source, approximate location, and device type. IP addresses are anonymised and this data is not combined with the account information above.

How we use your information

• To verify and approve your wholesale application.
• To manage your account, process your orders, and communicate quotes, invoices, and shipping updates.
• To send transactional messages by email and WhatsApp tied to your account activity.
• To improve the platform, prevent abuse, and meet our legal and tax obligations.

We do not sell your information and we do not run third-party advertising or remarketing on this platform.

Who we share information with

We share only what is necessary to operate the service and only with providers who are bound by their own privacy obligations:

• Hosting and infrastructure (Supabase, Vercel) for storage and delivery.
• Email delivery (Resend) for transactional notifications.
• A third-party analytics service for anonymous, aggregated usage statistics. IP addresses are anonymised and we do not use the data for advertising or remarketing.
• Carriers (FedEx, DHL, Aramex, SMSA, or your nominated agent) for shipping the orders you place.
• Government, customs, or regulatory authorities when required by law.

Where your information lives

Information is stored on infrastructure operated by our providers, which may be located outside the United Arab Emirates. By using this platform you accept that your information may be transferred and stored internationally under safeguards we believe to be reasonable.

How long we keep it

We retain account, order, and invoice records for as long as you have an active account and afterwards for the period required by UAE commercial and tax law. Inactive accounts may be archived or deleted in line with our internal retention policy.

Confidentiality of platform data

Stock lists, prices, and product data inside the platform are confidential to your account. You are responsible for keeping your login details private and for treating the catalog content in line with our Terms of Service.

Your rights

You may ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to legal record- keeping obligations. To make a request, message us on WhatsApp or contact your account manager.
