Delete Your Frags For Less Account & Data

Overview

You can request deletion of your Frags For Less account and personal data at any time.

Delete from inside the app

1. Open the Frags For Less app.
2. Go to MenuAccount.
3. Scroll to the Delete account section and tap Delete my account.
4. Confirm. Your account is disabled immediately and your deletion is submitted for processing.

Delete by request

If you can’t access the app, email info@fragsforless.com or message us on WhatsApp at +971 52 816 3743 from the email or number on your account, and ask us to delete your account. We will action it within 30 days.

What happens after you request deletion

• Your account is disabled straight away: it can no longer be used to sign in or place orders.
• Your personal data is permanently deleted, including: your name, company name, email, phone/WhatsApp number, country, full shipping address, chat messages, shopping cart and item requests, business application details, notification settings and device push tokens, and app diagnostic/error logs.
• We complete deletion requests within 30 days.

What we keep (and why)

To meet our legal accounting and tax record-keeping obligations, we retain a record of past orders and store-credit history. These records are anonymised: they are no longer linked to your name, contact details, or address, so they do not identify you. They are kept only as business transaction records and are not used to contact or profile you.
