Trade supply since 2016

Wholesale Perfume Suppliers

Frags For Less is a trade-only fragrance supplier operating from Dubai since 2016, shipping to retailers, online sellers and distributors in more than 100 countries. Over 20,000 lines across 300+ designer, niche and Arabic houses, with every batch code verified on intake before an order ships. No minimum quantity per fragrance.

What does Frags For Less supply?

Eight supply categories, each with its own page covering sourcing, terms and what to check before you order.

Where can I buy perfume at wholesale?

From a supplier that sells only to businesses and checks that you are one before showing you anything. That is the line between wholesale and a consumer discount site, and it is worth insisting on, because a seller willing to sell trade stock to anyone is usually selling retail stock at a markdown.

Stock reaches the wholesale market through three legitimate routes: distributors clearing inventory to hit purchase targets, travel-retail operators rotating stock between regions, and parallel import moving goods from a cheaper market into a dearer one. All three are authentic and sealed. What separates a good supplier from a risky one is not which route they use but whether they will tell you, and whether they will hand you a batch code before you pay.

If you are still choosing between suppliers, the vetting checklist covers what to verify first, and where to buy at wholesale prices compares the routes open to a smaller retailer.

Which brands do you carry?

Over 300 houses in the live catalogue. These are the ones with a dedicated wholesale page; the full list is visible once your account is approved.

How do I know the stock is authentic?

Every batch is checked on intake by a quality team, and batch codes are recorded against the bottle rather than the carton. That distinction matters more than it sounds: outer packaging is the easiest part of a fragrance to counterfeit, and a code read off a box proves nothing about what is inside it. If a code fails verification, the batch is rejected before it reaches the catalogue.

You do not have to take that on trust. Name any item and we will send its batch code before you pay, so you can check it on an independent lookup yourself. The full authentication routine sets out the checks we run and the ones you should run on arrival.

Who can open a wholesale account?

Any genuine reselling business: boutiques, online sellers, marketplace sellers, distributors and specialty stores. We are trade-only, so individual and personal-use orders are not accepted.

Applications need a trade licence or business registration, but the part applicants most often leave out matters just as much: evidence that you actually sell. A shop link, a marketplace profile, an active business social account. Almost every applicant has a licence, and a licence on its own says little about whether a business trades. If you are genuinely new, say so and describe what you are building; a straight answer reads better than a thin application. Opening a wholesale account covers the documents and terms in full.

Do you supply retailers in South Africa, the UK and the US?

Yes, and most of what we ship leaves the country. South Africa, the United Kingdom, the United States and Australia make up the bulk of the account base, alongside buyers in more than 100 countries in total.

Shipping runs through FedEx, DHL and Aramex, with dangerous-goods-compliant packing as standard, because fragrance carries ethanol and is a flammable liquid for air transport. Freight is invoiced separately from goods so you can compare it against your own forwarder, and your forwarder can collect directly if you prefer. Sea freight is available for larger consignments.

How does ordering work without published prices?

Prices sit behind the account rather than on the open web, and that is a deliberate choice rather than an evasion. Trade pricing moves with supply and volume tier, so a number published today is wrong within weeks. Publishing it also hands your competitors your cost base and undercuts the retailers who buy from us, whose own customers can read the same page.

What replaces it is faster than a quote request. Once approved you log in to a live catalogue with real stock counts and real prices, build an order yourself, and submit it. You are never waiting on a sales rep to send a sheet that is out of date by the time it arrives. Pricing is visible before you commit to anything.

If you want to sanity-check a quote from anyone, including us, telling genuine wholesale from discounted retail explains how a trade price is actually built.

How do I open a wholesale account?

Apply with your business details and trade licence, and include your shop or social links. Approval is usually same or next business day. Once you are approved the catalogue opens with live pricing and stock, and an account manager is reachable on WhatsApp by name rather than through a shared inbox.

Common questions

Where can I get perfume wholesale?
From a trade-only supplier that verifies you are a registered business before granting catalogue access. Frags For Less supplies retailers, online sellers and distributors in more than 100 countries from our Dubai operation, with no minimum quantity per individual fragrance.
Where can I find a bulk supplier of perfumes?
Look for a supplier with a live catalogue rather than a PDF price list, batch codes available before payment, payment to a business account against a proper tax invoice, and named international carriers. A supplier who cannot produce those four is not set up for export trade, whatever the pricing looks like.
Where do perfume resellers get their products?
Three legitimate channels feed almost every wholesale catalogue: brand-authorised distributors clearing stock to hit purchase targets, travel-retail and duty-free operators rotating inventory between regions, and parallel import moving goods from a lower-price market into a higher-price one. All three supply authentic, sealed, current stock.
Do I need a trade licence to open an account?
You need to show that you are a genuine business. A trade licence or business registration is the baseline, but evidence that you actually sell carries just as much weight in review: a working storefront, a marketplace seller profile, or an active business social account with real products.
Do you supply new retailers, or established shops only?
Both. There is no minimum quantity per fragrance, which exists precisely so a newer retailer can open a wide, shallow order across many names rather than committing depth to stock they have not tested yet. Applications are judged on whether you genuinely trade, not on your size.
How do I verify the perfume is authentic before I pay?
Ask for batch codes on any fragrance you name and check them on an independent lookup before money moves. We verify codes on intake against the bottle rather than the carton, and we will send codes for named items on request ahead of payment.
Which countries do you ship to?
More than 100, with South Africa, the United Kingdom, the United States and Australia making up most of the account base. Shipping runs through FedEx, DHL and Aramex with dangerous-goods-compliant packing, or your own freight forwarder can collect.
How long does approval take?
Usually the same or the next business day. Applications that include a shop link or marketplace profile alongside the business documents tend to clear fastest, because they answer the reviewer's main question immediately.
