What is the minimum order for a UK buyer?
No minimum per fragrance on full bottles, items under 10ml in tens, AED 5,000 per shipment.
Who pays UK import VAT and duty?
You do, as the importer of record. Goods ship from Dubai on an Ex Works basis, so import VAT, duty and customs clearance in the UK sit with the buyer. Your customs broker or carrier handles the clearance and will tell you what applies to your business. We do not advise on UK tax, so check rates and registrations with them before your first order.
How does the shipment reach the UK?
By DHL Express, the lane our UK boxes actually go on, tracked from dispatch. We prepare the dangerous-goods documentation on our side, because fragrance counts as a dangerous good for air transport.
