Terms of Service

About these terms

These terms govern your access to the Frags For Less wholesale platform and the relationship between Frags For Less (“we”, “us”) and the registered business that holds the account (“you”). By creating an account or placing an order you agree to these terms in full.

Eligibility

  • Accounts are issued to businesses only. The platform is not intended for personal or end-consumer use.
  • You must be authorised to enter into agreements on behalf of the business you register.
  • We may verify the information you provide during sign up. We may decline an application or terminate an account at our discretion if we cannot verify it or if we believe the account is being misused.

Trading rules you accepted at signup

The rules below are the same trading terms you agreed to when you signed up. They form part of these terms and apply to every order.

Ordering & Payment

  • Flexible Ordering: No minimum order quantity per product. Place orders of any size.
  • Shipping Threshold: Orders must reach AED 5,000 before they can be shipped.
  • Stock Reservation: Inventory is reserved only upon receipt of payment. Until then, items remain available to other buyers.
  • Currency & Fees: AED is the settlement currency. All other currencies are estimates for reference. Transaction, banking, and conversion fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
  • Batch Code Decodes: Some items may have the batch code removed due to regional stock-selling restrictions from the brand. This does not affect the product itself and all items remain 100% genuine; only the decode is impacted.

Shipping & Logistics

  • Carriers & Costs: We ship via FedEx, DHL, Aramex, and SMSA, or you may arrange your own courier from Dubai. Shipping is billed at exact carrier cost with no markup.
  • Documentation: We provide commercial invoices and DG (Dangerous Goods) paperwork required for export.
  • Customs & Duties: Customs, duties, and import clearance are the buyer’s responsibility. We provide guidance; you or your broker manage the process.
  • Liability & Insurance: Once handed to the carrier, transit risk transfers to the buyer. We recommend arranging insurance through the carrier; claims are handled directly with them.
  • Returns: All wholesale sales are final once placed and paid. Returns and exchanges are not accepted.

Account

  • Confidentiality: Stock, pricing, and product data are confidential. You may not republish, scrape, or share this information externally without prior written consent.
  • Account Use: Your account is for your business only. Do not share login credentials outside your company.
  • Inactivity: Accounts with no transaction activity for 90 consecutive days will be deactivated.
  • Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any loss or damage arising from an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

Confidentiality of stock and pricing data - strict

The catalog, stock lists, prices, photographs, brand combinations, and any other data inside the platform are confidential and proprietary to Frags For Less. They are made available to you for the sole purpose of placing wholesale orders for your own business.

You must NOT, under any circumstance:

  • Copy, scrape, mirror, or systematically extract the stock list, price list, or any portion of the catalog.
  • Republish, post, sell, or share the catalog or any extract of it on any other website, marketplace, social channel, group, broadcast list, or third-party platform.
  • Forward platform exports, screenshots, or invoice line-item lists to anyone outside your business.
  • Use the platform data to populate, train, or seed any competing catalog, marketplace, or AI system.
  • Share your login credentials with anyone outside your registered business, including competing wholesalers or resellers.

Breach of this section is a serious violation of these terms. We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate the account, retain any deposits or open balances, and pursue legal remedies including damages and injunctive relief.

Pricing and currency

  • Prices are quoted and settled in AED. Figures shown in USD, GBP, or EUR are for reference only and may change with the live exchange rate.
  • Prices are exclusive of shipping, insurance, customs, and applicable taxes unless explicitly stated.
  • We may update prices at any time. The price applied to your order is the price confirmed by your account manager at invoice time.

Stock and order acceptance

  • Stock counts shown on the platform reflect what is on hand at the time of viewing. They may change between cart submission and payment.
  • Stock is reserved for you only after payment is received in full. Until then, items remain available to other buyers.
  • Your account manager confirms each line at invoice time and substitutes anything that has moved with your written agreement.
  • We may decline or cancel orders at our discretion, including where stock cannot be confirmed or a buyer falls outside our wholesale terms.

Shipping and risk

  • Shipping is quoted separately from the cart and added to your invoice. We pass through carrier cost without markup.
  • Once your shipment is handed to the carrier or your nominated agent, the carrier becomes responsible for transit and risk passes to you.
  • Insurance is available through the carrier on request and added to your invoice if you opt in.
  • Customs, duties, and clearance are handled by you with the carrier or your local broker.

Returns and exchanges

Wholesale orders are final and cannot be returned or exchanged once dispatched. Please inspect on arrival and flag any issue to your account manager the same day so we can investigate.

Account inactivity

If no new orders are placed for the inactivity window currently set on the platform, the account is deactivated. A short check-in with your account manager reactivates it.

Authenticity

Every bottle in our Stock Lots is source-verified by our quality team and ships in its original packaging with traceable invoices. We do not knowingly deal in counterfeit or grey-market product. If you ever suspect an authenticity issue with anything we shipped, contact your account manager the same day.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability under or in connection with any order is capped at the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or loss-of-profit claims arising from late delivery, currency movement, customs delays, or carrier-side issues that fall outside our control.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, if invoices remain unpaid, if we receive credible reports of fraud or abuse, or if we are required to do so by law. You may close your account at any time by writing to your account manager.

Changes

We may update these terms as the business evolves. The date at the top of the page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated to active buyers by email or WhatsApp.
